Rwanda

Another story note, possibly worth a pitch to a photo editor. I noticed that Paul Rusesabagina (of Hotel Rwanda fame) has a foundation now working to deal with the results of the genocide there, particularly the approximately 500,000 orphans it created. The organization notes that this is believed to be the highest number of orphans in one country anywhere in the world.
