Baby Noor's father carries her to a car waiting to take them to Baghdad International Airport Dec. 30, 2005, before their flight to Atlanta for Noor's spina bifida treatment. The 3-month old baby girl was found during a raid of her family's home by soldiers from the Georgia National Guard. Her grandmother showed the girl to the soldiers. They started the sometimes arduous process to get Noor to Atlanta for the treatment. She flew out with her father and grandmother.
